Please maintain as many of the trees on the property as possible and particularly the ones along Woodlawn Ave N.

Parking on this block of Woodlawn Ave N and surrounding streets is already an issue, and the addition of these many (eight) new homes requires the addition of eight new, off-street parking spaces.

Please make sure that at least one new off-street parking space is added for each home added. Parking is already a problem on this block and neighboring blocks.

The three mature conifers along Woodlawn Ave add so much shade and character to the street. Removing them would be a big loss.

I live in the neighborhood. Please maintain existing trees and plan a design that fits into the character of the neighborhood and will not be an eyesore. Thank you.

I live on 36th and Woodlawn. Maintaining as many of the large trees on Woodlawn as possible would be great. Our 3yo son loves picking up pine cones from these trees when we walk by. Also, given how many new townhouses are being built on Woodlawn, making sure that there is a 1:1 ratio of units to parking is critical. Thanks!
