Project Type: Single Family
Neighborhood: Seward Park, Seattle, WA
GSF: 4124 SF
Completion: 2018

What we love about this project:
- Views!: This house was built around views. The rear of the house has a deck on every level. Each with a fantastic view of Lake Washington, Seward Park, and Mount Baker – and on a clear day, even Mount Rainier. Every room has at least a glimpse of the lake or a mountain. Mount Rainier is framed in the window in the master bedroom.
- Sixties Cool: The neighborhood is a great example of some of the coolest sixties houses. We took inspiration from surrounding homes including low slope roofs and an opening in the front porch roof to allow for a specimen pine!
